TURNAROUND TIMES
All orders are customised to your own specification and as such are made to order. Please let us know if you require your order by a certain date, and we will do all we can to try and accommodate you. Under normal circumstances orders will be processed and shipped between 5-10 working days. During the School holidays this can take up to 3 weeks.
Larger team orders will take longer than this, although this can vary depending on how large the order is and how busy we are at that time. Give us as much notice as you can, and where possible we can turn around larger orders in the same timescale as above, but it depends on what else we have got going on so please bear with us!
SHIPPING
Most orders under 2kg are sent via Royal Mail. Large boxes and bulk orders are usually sent via DPD Local.
Delivery times are 2-4 working days from date of shipping.
We also ship worldwide. Standard delivery times are 6-9 working days at this time. If you need your order quicker than this, please do get in touch as we can expedite shipping for you at an additional cost. Please note any charges relating to tax and customs duty are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that your parcel can be delayed by customs. We have no control over this, and cannot supply any details why or for how long your parcel will be delayed.
IMPORTANT!
We will send out your parcel to the delivery address that you have provided with your order. Your confirmation email will contain the information you have sent to Loon Sports UK.
We unfortunately aren't able to be held responsible for parcels that are delayed, lost, or unable to be delivered, due to the incorrect address being given. In these circumstances no refund will be given on missing or undelivered parcels.
We are unable to control any postal strikes or issues that may arise. Please take into account Bank Holidays and weekends.
