LOON SPORTS UK — TERMS & CONDITIONS
Definitions and Interpretations
1.1 In these Terms:
“Loon Sports UK”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to Loon Sports UK, Lyndhurst, Hampshire.
“Customer”, “you”, “your” refers to the purchaser of Goods from us.
“Contract” means the agreement between us for the sale and purchase of Goods incorporating these Terms.
“Goods” means all garments and items purchased from us, including personalised, customised, or made‑to‑order products.
“Terms” means these Terms & Conditions.
1.2 These Terms are the only terms on which we supply Goods. Any variation must be agreed in writing by both parties.
Price
2.1 Prices shown on our website include VAT.
2.2 Packaging and delivery costs are shown separately and may vary for special, bulk, or overseas orders.
2.3 All published prices may change without notice.
Ordering Goods Online
3.1 You confirm that all information provided when ordering is accurate and relates to you or the person placing the order.
3.2 An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt but does not constitute acceptance. Orders are accepted only once verified by us.
3.3 Any technical or system error entitles us not to treat the order as binding.
Privacy
4.1 Personal information is used solely to process your order and arrange delivery. We do not share your information except where necessary to fulfil your order.
Payment
5.1 All Goods must be paid for in full before dispatch.
5.2 We accept major debit/credit cards and PayPal.
Shipping
6.1 Estimated delivery times:
Standard items: up to 5 working days
Personalised items: up to 14 working days. During School Holiday Times delivery of Personalised items can take up to 2-3 weeks. Times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal issues, bank holidays, or supplier delays.
6.2 Damaged Goods must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, and all packaging must be retained. loonsports.co.uk 6.4 Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
Returns & Exchanges
7.1 Returns or exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving the Goods.
7.2 Exchanges depend on stock availability; return postage is the customer’s responsibility.
7.3 Items returned without prior written notice may not be accepted.
7.4 Goods must be returned in original condition, unused, with tags attached.
7.5 Refunds are processed within 30 days; restocking fees may apply.
7.6 Personalised items cannot be refunded. If cancelled after production begins, the 50% deposit is non‑refundable.
7.7 Returns that are damaged or soiled may be refused.
Faulty Goods
8.1 Goods are considered faulty if damaged on arrival or if a manufacturing defect appears within six months.
8.2 Faults must be reported promptly with full details.
8.3 Faulty items will be repaired or replaced where possible; if unavailable, a refund or alternative will be offered.
8.4 Wear and tear or misuse is not considered a fault.
Late Returns
9.1 Returns outside the stated timeframes may be accepted at our discretion.
Risk and Ownership
10.1 Risk passes to you upon delivery.
10.2 Ownership passes only once full payment is received.
10.3 You are responsible for safe custody and insurance of Goods once delivered.
10.4 Goods may not be resold until paid for in full.
Warranties and Liability
11.1 Goods will match the description provided on our website or in writing.
11.2 We are not responsible for damage occurring after delivery.
11.3 We are not liable for wear and tear, accidental damage, or failure to follow care instructions.
11.4 Our liability will not exceed the amount paid for the Goods.
Notices
12.1 Notices must be sent to loonsportsuk@outlook.com
Customer Default
13.1 We may cancel the Contract and recover Goods if you:
Provide incorrect information
Fail to make payment
Cancel payment
Become insolvent
Breach these Terms
Force Majeure
14.1 We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our control, including extreme weather, supply chain disruption, strikes, or difficulty obtaining materials.
General
15.1 If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining Terms remain valid.
15.2 These Terms form the entire agreement between us.
15.3 We may assign our rights under the Contract; you may not assign yours without written consent.
Intellectual Property
16.1 All designs, artwork, and branding remain the property of Loon Sports UK or its licensors.
16.2 We may use images of personalised products unless you request otherwise.
Disputes
17.1 Unresolved disputes may be referred to mediation if both parties agree.
17.2 All disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
Governing Law
These Terms and the Contract are governed by English law.
School & Club Shop Terms
21.1 Scope
This section applies to all school shops, club shops, teamwear portals, pre‑order windows, and bulk orders.
21.2 Made‑to‑Order Production
Most school and club garments are produced to order and cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
21.3 Pre‑Order Windows
Orders are processed once the window closes.
Lead times begin after the window closes.
Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to supplier stock or seasonal demand.
21.4 Artwork & Logo Approval
Production begins only after written approval from the school or club.
21.5 Sizing Responsibility
Sizing samples may be provided on request.
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size.
Incorrect size selection is not considered a fault.
21.6 Supplier Lead Times
Lead times may vary depending on supplier availability, seasonal demand, or import delays.
21.7 Minimum Order Quantities
Some bespoke items require minimum order quantities. Orders below MOQ may incur surcharges.
21.8 Bulk Orders & Deposits
Bulk orders may require a 50% non‑refundable deposit before production begins.
21.9 Personalisation Rules
Personalised details (initials, names, numbers) are applied exactly as submitted. Errors in submitted details are not eligible for return.
21.10 Delivery to Schools & Clubs
Orders may be delivered in bulk to the school or club. Distribution to individuals is the responsibility of that organisation.
21.11 Seasonal or Team‑Specific Items
Seasonal items (e.g., ski teams, leavers hoodies, tour kits) are bespoke and non‑returnable unless faulty.
21.12 Faulty Items
Faults will be assessed in line with Section 8. Faulty items will be repaired or replaced where possible.
